Foreclosure Supervisor

Job Summary

Overseeing all foreclosure-related operations in a fully remote capacity, the Foreclosure Supervisor will manage the end-to-end foreclosure process, ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, and lead a team to drive timely resolution of defaulted loans.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise the foreclosure process from referral through liquidation and post-foreclosure actions
• Manage departmental performance metrics and operational reporting to ensure compliance with investor and regulatory requirements
• Provide leadership, coaching, and training to Foreclosure Specialists and Operations Analysts to enhance team performance

Required qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Minimum 3 years of mortgage servicing and foreclosure experience required
• Prior supervisory experience managing teams preferred
• Experience with MSP and BKFS systems required
• Strong knowledge of FNMA, FHLMC, FHA, VA, FHLB, USDA, and private investor foreclosure guidelines
