- Monitor and ensure adherence to state foreclosure timelines and document quality assurance standards
- Manage daily workloads, track legal documents, and communicate updates to clients and team members
Required qualifications
- Experience in leading a team within the title and foreclosure industry
- Working knowledge of multistate title and foreclosure law and terminology
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs, including Outlook, Teams, Word, and Excel
- Familiarity with client systems such as Black Knight/LPS and case management systems like CaseAware
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
