Job Summary
Providing legal support across global corporate operations, the full-time Foreign Licensed Attorney will manage contract drafting, corporate governance, and compliance while advising on non-U.S. law matters in a remote setting.
Key responsibilities:
- Draft, review, and manage contracts and legal documents, ensuring compliance with corporate governance
- Provide legal analysis on non-U.S. legal issues and conduct research for U.S.-law-adjacent matters under supervision
- Administer corporate insurance programs and support cross-border operations by advising on compliance requirements
Required qualifications:
- Admitted to practice law in a country other than the United States
- 3-5 years of experience as an attorney practicing outside the United States
- Law degree (or international equivalent) consistent with licensure requirements
- Strong knowledge of corporate law, governance, and litigation in foreign courts
- Experience managing outside counsel in foreign jurisdictions
