Forward Deployed Engineer
Job Summary
As a full-time remote Forward Deployed Engineer, the successful candidate will proactively resolve customer technical issues by understanding their needs and building tailored solutions within the Immuware platform, while collaborating closely with Customer Success Managers to enhance the post-sales experience.
Key responsibilities
- Lead technical working sessions with customers to address evolving needs and regulatory changes
- Identify and implement solutions by configuring, scripting, and coding to meet customer requirements
- Document solutions and manage customer environments to ensure clarity and efficiency in technical resolutions
Required qualifications
- 5+ years in a technical, customer-facing role such as solutions engineer or implementation consultant
- 4-5 years of experience with Azure, JavaScript, and Typescript, along with a strong background in SQL
- 2-3+ years of experience using Notion and Jira for project management
- Proficiency in C# and experience building workflows and integrations on SaaS platforms
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for engaging with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
