Job Summary
Designing and deploying production-ready solutions, the full-time Forward-Deployed Engineer will engage with healthcare and life sciences clients to create automated workflows that enhance compliance and accelerate revenue realization, working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Lead workflow discovery across healthcare providers and regulated enterprises, connecting operational pain to business impact
- Design and deliver customer-specific demonstrations and prototypes across various Docusign capabilities
- Architect solutions integrating Docusign with core enterprise platforms while ensuring compliance with relevant regulations
Required qualifications
- 12+ years of related experience with a Bachelor's degree or 8 years with a Master's degree
- Experience in software engineering or solution consulting, including 4+ years in customer-facing roles
- Proficiency in designing complex SaaS solutions for executive and regulated stakeholders
- Experience with APIs, integrations, and compliance with HIPAA and FDA regulations
- Familiarity with healthcare or life sciences domains and their associated regulatory workflows
