Forward Deployed Engineer
Job Summary
As a full-time remote Forward Deployed Engineer (FDE) specializing in Gen AI, the candidate will bridge the gap between frontier AI products and production-grade reality, focusing on deploying complex AI systems and providing innovative solutions within customer environments.
Key responsibilities
- Serve as a developer for complex AI applications, transitioning prototypes to production-grade workflows that drive business outcomes
- Architect and develop integration layers between enterprise AI platforms and customer infrastructures, ensuring seamless operation
- Drive end-to-end solution deployment, troubleshooting, and optimization of AI-powered applications in enterprise environments
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
- 5+ years of software development experience using Python or similar programming languages
- Experience architecting and deploying AI solutions on major cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP)
- Hands-on experience implementing and customizing Conversational AI or similar solutions
- Production-grade experience architecting voice AI and agentic systems in enterprise environments
