Forward Deployed Engineer

Job Summary

Working remotely on a contract basis, the Forward Deployed Engineer will engage with healthcare marketing stakeholders to understand operational needs, design practical solutions, and create working prototypes while collaborating with various technical teams to ensure scalable production use.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with marketing stakeholders to analyze goals, workflows, and decision points while applying healthcare context to marketing strategies
• Transform ambiguous business needs into clear user problems and measurable outcomes, designing customer journeys and testing prototypes
• Utilize tools like ChatGPT or Claude for solution engineering, developing agentic solutions through APIs and ensuring effective integration and monitoring

Required Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in healthcare marketing, including campaign lifecycle and audience engagement
• Proficiency in rapid prototyping and user testing, with a focus on outcome-based decision-making
• Hands-on coding experience with APIs and agentic solutions, including context management and error handling
• Understanding of enterprise architecture and non-functional requirements, with the ability to mentor engineers
• Experience in collaborating with business stakeholders to frame problems and influence design decisions
