Forward Deployed Engineer
Job Summary
Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Forward Deployed Engineer will engage with customers to resolve complex technical issues while developing scalable software solutions that enhance the customer experience.
Key responsibilities
- Partner with Sales and Customer Success on technical customer conversations and implementations
- Debug customer issues across APIs, integrations, and production systems
- Design and build product features and internal tools to improve customer experience and engineering velocity
Required qualifications
- 2-5 years of software engineering experience
- Strong programming skills in JavaScript/TypeScript (Node.js preferred) or another backend language
- Experience with SQL databases such as PostgreSQL
- Proven debugging and problem-solving skills
- Comfort working directly with customers and explaining technical concepts
