Job Summary
Transforming complex workflows into high-impact AI agents, the full-time Forward Deployed Engineer will collaborate with enterprise customers to deploy AI solutions, ensuring seamless integration and real business value in the United States.
Key responsibilities
- Collaborate with customers to map their processes and deploy observation software for actionable agent specifications
- Author and refine AI agent operating procedures and lead user acceptance testing for smooth production transitions
- Implement monitoring to measure and report the business impact of deployed AI agents
Required qualifications
- 7+ years in data, software, ML engineering, solutions engineering, or technical consulting roles
- Advanced proficiency in Python, SQL, and at least one major cloud platform
- Experience building with LLMs or delivering data/ML products into production environments
- Exceptional communication skills with a passion for direct customer interaction
- Strong outcome-driven approach focused on evidence-based decision-making
