Forward Deployed Engineer
Job Summary
Working remotely with a global team, the full-time Forward Deployed Engineer will partner with HR leaders to transform complex people problems into effective technology solutions using AI, automation, and existing platforms while guiding prototypes to production-ready delivery.
Key responsibilities
- Partner directly with HR leaders and stakeholders to identify problems and user needs before proposing solutions
- Design and build rapid prototypes to test assumptions and validate solutions against success measures
- Guide successful prototypes through to production-ready delivery, collaborating closely with engineering and platform teams
Required qualifications
- Experience in HR technology, digital transformation, product, consulting, or process transformation
- Strong understanding of HR processes and their connection to business outcomes
- Proven ability to lead discovery and stakeholder engagement in fast-moving environments
- Experience designing or building digital solutions, including automation and AI-enabled tools
- Competence with tools such as Power Apps, Power Automate, SharePoint, and O365 apps
