Job Summary
To lead client onboarding for fraud and compliance products, the full-time Forward Deployed Engineer will manage end-to-end integrations, translate technical requirements into solutions, and ensure successful deployments in a remote work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Manage implementation and integration efforts for fraud and compliance products
- Provide end-to-end support to clients during their onboarding process, ensuring their success
- Analyze clients' technical and functional requirements to design effective solutions
Required qualifications
- 4+ years in technical roles such as Integrations Engineer, QA Engineer, or Solutions Architect
- 2+ years of B2B SaaS experience in payment, fraud, risk, or compliance domains
- Experience with SQL querying and JSON payload analysis
- Familiarity with API specifications like OpenAPI and web development
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
