Job Summary
Architecting and delivering production-ready conversational AI agents, the full-time remote Forward Deployed Engineer will manage the entire AI agent lifecycle, collaborating with leading enterprises to address their critical challenges and drive company growth.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and implement scalable agentic systems that outperform human operators in customer interactions
- Design reusable agent frameworks tailored to various industry demands and drive design partnerships for new product directions
- Push the boundaries of AI integration by utilizing emerging voice models and ensuring high standards in live production settings
Required qualifications
- Hands-on experience building and operating end-to-end production systems at scale
- Proven technical problem-solving ability in rapidly shifting environments with a focus on AI/LLM-powered systems
- Familiarity with the current AI agent toolkit, including evaluation frameworks and prompt engineering
- Experience in customer-facing technical roles and the ability to communicate effectively with both engineers and executives
- Knowledge of programming languages such as React, TypeScript, and/or Go is advantageous
