Forward Deployed Engineer

Job Summary

Working remotely, the full-time Forward Deployed Engineer will engage directly with priority customers to manage technical delivery from prototype to stable production, focusing on building customer-specific capabilities and integrating them into the platform.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver versioned artifacts, integrations, and evaluation suites tailored to customer needs while ensuring quality and compliance with platform standards
• Author and evaluate AI skills, translating customer requirements into working, tested engineering artifacts
• Conduct domain immersion and maintain ongoing tuning and feedback integration as customer needs evolve

Required qualifications

• 4+ years in a technical, customer-facing engineering role with production code responsibility
• Production experience with LLMs, prompt engineering, and agent development
• Ability to author and evaluate AI skills, including writing behavioral instructions and designing test scenarios
• Experience building integrations that are customer-specific and broadly reusable
• Strong domain learning ability to quickly absorb unfamiliar industries and translate them into engineering requirements
