Forward-Deployed Engineer
Job Summary
Blending client engagement with hands-on technical work, the full-time remote Forward-Deployed Engineer will lead technical discussions with clients, translate their workflow needs into product solutions, and develop client-specific configurations and integrations while ensuring successful account management post-launch.
Key responsibilities
- Run technical discussions during client onboarding, including architecture reviews and security assessments
- Translate client requirements into product terms and manage accounts post-go-live for adoption and expansion
- Develop client-specific configurations and prototype solutions, collaborating with the engineering team to implement scalable solutions
Required qualifications
- 3+ years in a technical role with client exposure, such as solutions engineering or technical account management
- Ability to read and write production code, demonstrating technical proficiency
- Experience in financial services or a strong ability to quickly understand regulated domains
- Strong written communication skills for creating requirement documents and runbooks
- Sound judgment regarding product development and client configurations
