Job Summary
Embedding with enterprise teams, the full-time remote Forward Deployed Engineer will architect and build AI systems, manage client discovery processes, and deliver integrated solutions while collaborating with stakeholders in regulated industries.
Key responsibilities
- Lead workshops to identify genuine AI problems and scope defensible solutions
- Design and architect agentic systems, ensuring reliable integration and delivery
- Build and ship working systems, managing the CI/CD pipeline for deployments
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of professional software development experience with a mainstream production stack (TypeScript/Node.js, Python, Java, C#/.NET, or Go)
- 1-4 years of experience building and shipping LLM-powered AI systems
- Successful completion of a four-year college degree
- Hands-on experience with AI developer tools and enterprise integration patterns
- Proven track record of leading client-facing discovery calls and managing project scope
