Job Summary
Partnering with business teams to enhance workflows, the full-time hybrid Forward Deployed Engineer will manage AI transformation initiatives across Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, and Finance, ensuring responsible implementation and measurable business impact.
Key responsibilities
- Build trusted relationships with business leaders to understand their goals and processes
- Map workflows and identify opportunities for AI and automation integration
- Shape and deliver AI transformation initiatives from discovery through to adoption and measurement
Required qualifications
- Significant experience in business transformation, AI implementation, or enterprise technology delivery
- Proven track record of leading initiatives from discovery to measurable outcomes
- Ability to translate complex business needs into structured requirements and solution plans
- Experience collaborating with technical and business teams, including data and IT
- Familiarity with AI, automation, and enterprise platforms, along with strong change-management skills
