Forward Deployed Engineer
Job Summary
To support customer success and product adoption, the full-time Forward Deployed Engineer will manage complex implementations, including data migrations, ETL workflows, and API integrations, while working remotely to ensure clients effectively deploy and integrate the platform within their existing systems.
Key responsibilities
- Lead technical discovery sessions to define implementation scope, timelines, and deliverables
- Own Professional Services projects from kickoff through final delivery, ensuring detailed documentation and cross-team coordination
- Perform data migrations and integrations, designing ETL workflows and writing scripts for automation
Required qualifications
- 4+ years in Professional Services, Solutions Engineering, or a similar customer-facing technical role
- Proven track record managing end-to-end technical implementations or migrations
- Experience with scripting languages such as Python or JavaScript and strong SQL fundamentals
- API and system integration experience, with comfort in handling large, inconsistent datasets
- Familiarity with cloud platforms, preferably AWS, and experience automating workflows or data processes
