Forward Deployed Engineer

Job Summary

Driving enterprise AI transformation, the full-time remote Forward Deployed Engineer will implement Claude across customer organizations, architect intelligent workflows, and serve as the primary technical partner to ensure successful AI adoption and integration.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the rollout of Claude by managing admin setup, conducting enablement workshops, and establishing a champion network within customer organizations
• Architect and implement intelligent workflows that automate critical business processes, including prompt engineering and system integration
• Serve as the primary technical partner, translating business problems into AI solutions and managing multiple customer relationships simultaneously

Required qualifications

• At least 5 years of relevant experience in software engineering, solutions architecture, or technical consulting with expertise in AI and workflow automation
• Hands-on experience with Claude products and agentic systems, demonstrating the ability to build and deploy autonomous systems
• Strong technical foundation in coding (Python, JavaScript) and understanding of API design and system architecture
• Product manager mindset with the ability to prioritize outcomes and explain technical concepts to business stakeholders
• Experience with change management and the ability to navigate corporate politics to drive decisions
