Forward Deployed Engineer
Job Summary
Acting as the vital link between groundbreaking healthcare technology and clients, the full-time remote Forward Deployed Engineer will lead onboarding, design impactful use cases, and advocate for customer needs while ensuring successful product integration and adoption.
Key responsibilities:
- Lead the onboarding process for new clients, including technical setup and KPI planning
- Collaborate with customers to create effective use cases that address their specific healthcare challenges
- Train users and develop clear documentation to enhance understanding and product utilization
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field
- 5-8 years of experience in healthcare technology, technical account management, or implementation
- 3-5 years of knowledge in healthcare operations, including payers and revenue cycle management
- Familiarity with AI/ML concepts and data integration technologies such as APIs and SQL
- Proven ability to communicate effectively with clients and internal teams at senior levels
