Forward Deployed Engineer
Job Summary
Seeking a hands-on Forward Deployed Engineer specializing in Kubernetes, the full-time remote position will manage platform modernization, large-scale stateful workload migration, and enterprise AI infrastructure while collaborating closely with client teams throughout the engagement lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as an embedded engineering liaison, working directly with core software architects and client developers to eliminate deployment friction
- Identify migration blockers and usability gaps, rapidly building and testing solutions to shorten feature iteration cycles
- Stay actively engaged with customer technical teams from pre-migration through operational stabilization to ensure successful platform adoption
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree preferred; 12+ years of related experience required
- Proven track record of engagement with customer technical leadership across complex engineering projects
- Hands-on experience with GPU accelerated Kubernetes nodes and AI infrastructure
- Technical depth in distributed systems, stateful workloads, and cloud-native data services
- Advanced skills in Infrastructure as Code tools such as Terraform and GitOps methodologies
