Forward Deployed Engineer
Job Summary
Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Forward Deployed Engineer will engage with Fortune 500 teams to understand and optimize third-party processes, configure workflows in Certa's no-code platform, and own the delivery of successful implementations.
Key responsibilities
- Run discovery and design sessions to understand current third-party processes across various business functions
- Document and optimize workflows to improve metrics such as onboarding cycle time and assessment turnaround
- Build and debug workflows, forms, and integrations in Certa's Studio, ensuring successful delivery and handover
Required qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in customer-facing technical delivery, solutions architecture, or implementation consulting
- Hands-on technical skills with REST APIs, JSON, and scripting in Python or JavaScript
- Experience working with LLMs in production environments
- Familiarity with project management practices, including go-live dates and testing cycles
- Domain knowledge in third-party risk, procurement, or compliance is a plus
