Forward Deployed Engineer
Job Summary
Seeking a Forward Deployed Engineer, this full-time position will manage technical implementations for customers by customizing regulatory AI templates, leading complex integrations, and ensuring customer satisfaction, all while collaborating closely with various teams in a remote work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Customize customer templates to meet specific needs and branding requirements
- Coach customers on prompt usage to foster self-sufficiency in template management
- Collaborate with IT, Regulatory Affairs, and Medical Writing teams to integrate Weave with enterprise platforms
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in B2B SaaS or bio industries, preferably in technical/software roles
- Experience in therapeutics, life sciences, or bio markets is strongly preferred
- Drug-related education preferred, with an advanced degree being ideal
- Practical experience with REST APIs and Webhooks
- Strong understanding of drug development terminology and processes
