Driving growth through innovative AI solutions, the full-time remote Forward Deployed Engineer will manage experiments across marketing and sales, build research agents, and support product marketing efforts to enhance pipeline and conversion metrics.
Key responsibilities
- Run growth experiments by transforming hypotheses into actionable tests across various marketing channels and sales strategies
- Build and maintain AI-driven agents for research, lead scoring, and personalized outreach to optimize sales processes
- Collaborate with product marketing to test messaging and positioning, and provide insights from sales data to inform strategies
Required qualifications
- Proven track record of driving measurable growth results using AI and agents
- Experience designing and executing experiments, with a solid understanding of control groups and sample sizes
- Proficiency in Python, SQL, APIs, and CRM/marketing automation platforms like Salesforce or HubSpot
- Strong understanding of B2B demand generation and effective lead qualification
- Experience contributing to shared platforms or internal tools that support cross-functional teams
