Job Summary
Owning the technical customer relationship with health systems, the full-time Forward Deployed Engineer will work remotely to manage integrations across HRIS, time and attendance, SSO, and EMR systems while supporting customer launches and shaping integration strategies.
Key responsibilities
- Serve as the primary technical counterpart for customer IT, payroll, HR, and business application teams throughout the integration process
- Embed with the Activations team to deliver integration workflows and accelerate customer launches
- Contribute to the development of M7's integrations strategy by identifying patterns and standardizing solutions
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in forward deployed engineering, solutions engineering, technical implementation, or integration consulting
- Proficiency in reading API documentation and performing hands-on configuration work
- Ability to query data in SQL and understand data schemas
- Experience in customer-facing roles, particularly in enterprise environments
- Strong organizational skills to track multiple concurrent launches and manage risks effectively
