Job Summary
Acting as a bridge between customers and engineering, the full-time Forward Deployed Engineer will engage with healthcare providers to understand their needs, translate those into product requirements, and implement customer-specific changes in a remote setting.
Key responsibilities
- Support customer relationships post-sale by acting as a technical point of contact and troubleshooting issues
- Translate stakeholder needs into product features by collaborating with sales, clinical operations, and engineering teams
- Ship customer-specific changes by writing and modifying strategies, tuning prompts, and coordinating go-live efforts
Required qualifications
- 5+ years in a role combining engineering with cross-functional or customer-facing work
- Proficiency in TypeScript/Node.js for feature development and debugging
- Experience identifying product gaps from stakeholder conversations and driving resolutions
- Self-directed with the ability to work across teams with minimal oversight
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for collaboration with diverse teams
