Job Summary
As a Forward Deployed Engineer, the full-time role will build and deploy AI agents and applications to solve customer problems using Trase OS, working directly with clients primarily in healthcare, government, financial services, or retail, with opportunities for remote work.
Key responsibilities
- Work directly with customers to map workflows and identify AI application opportunities
- Build production-quality agents, applications, APIs, and integrations using Trase OS
- Own delivery through testing, deployment, customer validation, and operational handoff
Required qualifications
- Experience building and shipping production software with strong coding and API design skills
- Proficiency in a modern programming language such as Python, Java, or TypeScript
- Working knowledge of cloud infrastructure, containers, CI/CD, and monitoring
- Ability to translate customer needs into implementable work and communicate with diverse stakeholders
- Practical understanding of LLM applications or AI agents and their limitations
