Job Summary
Working in a hybrid environment, the full-time Forward Deployed Engineer will manage client deployments of conversational AI products, ensuring they are production-ready and effectively integrated within banking systems while collaborating closely with clients and internal teams.
Key responsibilities
- Partner with AI Implementation Managers to establish communication plans and project strategies for client deployments
- Build and deploy production-ready implementations across Voice, Digital, and Outreach products, integrating with banking systems
- Lead technical discussions with clients and internal stakeholders, simplifying complex topics for diverse audiences
Required qualifications
- 5 to 10 years of experience in software engineering or a related field with a proven track record of building and shipping production systems
- Strong backend engineering skills in Python, Node.js, or similar languages
- Experience deploying conversational AI solutions in real-world environments
- Familiarity with banking systems, core banking platforms, and middleware
- Hands-on experience with API connectors, integrations, and cloud environments
