Job Summary
Blending solutions engineering with customer success, the full-time remote Forward-Deployed Engineer will lead technical discussions with clients, shape platform integrations, and ensure successful client outcomes post-launch, primarily within European time zones.
Key responsibilities
- Run technical discussions during onboarding, including architecture reviews and security assessments with client IT teams
- Translate client workflow requirements into product terms and manage accounts post-go-live to drive adoption and expansion
- Build client-specific configurations and integrations while turning client requests into structured product requirements for the engineering team
Required qualifications
- 3+ years in a technical role with client exposure, such as solutions engineering or technical account management
- Ability to read and write production code, contributing to hands-on engineering tasks
- Experience in financial services or a strong understanding of regulated domains
- Proven ability to facilitate technical discussions and hold engaging conversations with clients
- Strong writing skills for creating requirement documents, runbooks, and follow-up communications
