Forward Deployed Engineer

Job Summary

Embedding directly with product development teams, the full-time Forward Deployed Engineer will address business challenges by integrating AI solutions, leading technical discovery, and building production AI systems in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with product teams to identify and implement AI solutions that enhance business processes
• Lead technical discovery to diagnose bottlenecks and design AI-first applications based on existing services
• Gather requirements for new AI services and work closely with engineering teams to develop and deploy these solutions

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of software engineering experience with a strong background in building and deploying production systems
• Proficiency in Python and experience with cloud-native services, particularly Azure and Kubernetes
• Hands-on experience integrating LLMs and AI services into production applications
• Familiarity with data pipelines, storage solutions, and infrastructure-as-code tools like Terraform
• Ability to communicate effectively with non-technical stakeholders and translate business needs into technical solutions
