Job Summary
Joining a fast-paced remote environment, the full-time Forward Deployed Engineer will embed with enterprise customers to transform process insights into working automations, design AI agents, and mentor developers in RPA and engineering best practices.
Key responsibilities
- Own customer deployments from discovery to go-live and hypercare
- Design and build agentic AI solutions using models like Claude and Gemini, integrating them with RPA and custom code
- Lead and mentor Intelligent Automation developers through design reviews and coaching
Required qualifications
- At least 3 years of experience in software engineering, automation engineering, or technical consulting focused on automation for enterprise clients
- Hands-on experience with major RPA platforms such as UiPath or Microsoft Power Automate
- Strong Python skills and experience with REST APIs, JSON, SQL, and system integration
- Solid experience with Google Cloud Platform, including deploying production workloads
- Proven ability to translate complex business processes into clear automation designs
