Forward Deployed Engineer - AI Security
Job Summary
As a full-time remote Forward Deployed Engineer - AI Security, the successful candidate will lead technical onboarding and implementation for new customers, serve as the primary post-sales technical contact, and collaborate across teams to ensure customer success in the fast-growing AI security market.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead technical onboarding and implementation for new customers, including planning and success metrics
- Own the post-sales relationship from a technical standpoint, acting as the main point of contact for customer teams
- Develop structured implementation plans to ensure quick achievement of First Time to Value for customers
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years in a post-sales technical role such as TAM, Solutions Engineer, or Implementation Consultant
- Experience building and/or deploying AI systems or applications
- Strong understanding of enterprise infrastructure, including networking and security protocols
- Experience leading technical deployments in on-prem, hybrid, or complex SaaS environments
- Experience working with enterprise customers in regulated industries, preferably in AI/ML or cybersecurity
