Forward Deployed Product Manager

Job Summary

Owning a portfolio of growth accounts, the full-time Forward Deployed Product Manager will lead customer deployments, drive product performance, and teach clients to independently enhance their use of Concierge in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead deployments for customers, aligning teams on priorities and success metrics
• Manage a portfolio of growth accounts post-launch, focusing on performance, usage, and retention
• Investigate improvements for Concierge and implement changes directly into production

Required qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in roles focused on customer outcomes, such as account management or product implementation
• Proven ability to build trust with senior customer leaders and grow accounts over time
• Experience in startup or scale-up environments, with a knack for building processes
• Hands-on experience with AI products and the ability to discuss their effectiveness
• Ability to analyze API documentation and usage data to troubleshoot issues independently
