Forward Deployed Strategist

Job Summary

Owning strategic customer engagements, the full-time Forward Deployed Strategist will work remotely or from London or New York, partnering with executive sponsors to translate business problems into deliverables, while managing technical discovery and ensuring successful project delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with customer executive sponsors to scope FDE projects and translate ambiguous business problems into concrete deliverables with clear ROI
• Lead technical discovery and architecture reviews, ensuring engagements are technically feasible and monitoring technical feasibility throughout delivery
• Establish and maintain executive relationships, serving as the primary point of contact and translating business outcomes to technical implementations

Required qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in Solutions Architecture, Deployment Strategy, technical consulting, or Engagement Management
• Strong understanding of agentic coding and LLMs, with the ability to engage with senior engineers
• Hands-on experience with workflows, integrations, and platform configuration, with basic knowledge of Python/JS-TS
• Proven track record of shipping AI-native workflows beyond the prototype stage
• Executive presence with the ability to build relationships with C-suite stakeholders and technical teams
