Forward Deployed Strategist

Job Summary

Owning strategic customer engagements, the full-time remote Forward Deployed Strategist will partner with executive sponsors to translate business challenges into deliverable projects, while managing the technical build and ensuring adoption through hands-on training and playbook development.

Key responsibilities

• Scope projects with customer executives, translating business problems into time-boxed deliverables with clear ROI
• Lead technical discovery and architecture reviews to ensure engagement feasibility and monitor technical delivery
• Establish and maintain executive relationships, translating business outcomes and technical implementations for stakeholders

Required qualifications

• 6+ years in Solutions Architecture, Deployment Strategy, technical consulting, or as an Engagement Manager with a focus on AI-production workflows
• Strong understanding of agentic coding and LLMs, with the ability to engage with senior engineers on production behaviors
• Hands-on experience with workflows, integrations, and platform configuration, including basic knowledge of Python or JavaScript/TypeScript
• Proven track record of shipping AI-native workflows beyond the prototype stage
• Executive presence with the ability to build trust with C-suite stakeholders and technical teams
