Forward Deployed Strategist

Job Summary

Owning strategic customer engagements, the full-time Forward Deployed Strategist will partner with executive sponsors to translate business problems into scoped projects, while managing technical builds and ensuring adoption through hands-on training and playbook development, in a remote or onsite capacity.

Key responsibilities

• Scope projects with customer executives, delivering clear ROI through time-boxed deliverables
• Lead technical discovery and architecture reviews to validate engagement feasibility and monitor technical delivery
• Establish and maintain executive relationships, translating business outcomes into technical implementations and vice versa

Required qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in Solutions Architecture, Deployment Strategy, technical consulting, or Engagement Management with a focus on AI-production workflows
• Strong understanding of agentic coding and LLMs, with the ability to engage effectively with engineering teams
• Hands-on experience with workflows, integrations, and platform configuration, along with basic proficiency in Python or JavaScript/TypeScript
• Proven track record of delivering AI-native workflows beyond the prototype stage
• Executive presence and technical credibility to build trust with C-suite stakeholders and engineering leads
