Job Summary
The full-time remote Agentic MGA Forward Deployed Underwriter will own the end-to-end management of Agentic MGA programs, driving underwriting and product design, enhancing program effectiveness, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to launch innovative insurance solutions.
Key responsibilities
- Own each Agentic MGA program from underwriting and product design through launch, ensuring accountability for live outcomes
- Drive program enhancement by translating underwriting judgments into clear requirements and decisions
- Lead senior conversations with MGA underwriting and product leaders while partnering with engineers to encode systems
Required qualifications
- 8 to 12 years of relevant P&C insurance and technology experience
- Proven track record in leading complex, cross-functional implementation or transformation programs
- Credibility with insurance professionals and experience leading senior client conversations
- Technical fluency with a background in underwriting and engineering collaboration
- Bachelor's degree required
