Job Summary

To support the foster care program, the full-time Foster Home Supervisor Colorado will engage, support, and grow foster and kinship homes, ensuring compliance and stability for placements while working in a hybrid environment that includes community visits and office-based tasks.

Key responsibilities

• Engage and support foster and kinship homes to enhance placement stability
• Assess needs and growth potential of foster homes to ensure appropriate placement matches for children
• Conduct community-based visits and maintain compliance with certification and training standards

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a Human Services field (Social Work, Psychology, or related field)
• Valid Driver's License with a clean driving record and current auto insurance
• Ability to pass fingerprinting and background checks
• Ability to obtain SAFE Certification (may be completed upon hire)
• Preferred: Experience in youth service programs such as Foster Care, Child Welfare, or Social Services
