Founding Engineer (Flutter)
Job Summary
To drive the frontend mobile architecture across flagship products, the full-time Founding Engineer (Flutter) will deliver high-throughput, low-latency applications while establishing engineering standards and mentoring teams in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Own high-level mobile system architecture and establish engineering benchmarks for app performance
- Evaluate new mobile technologies and design migration strategies to modernize legacy codebases
- Contribute hands-on code to critical systems and lead incident response for high-severity mobile issues
Required qualifications
- 7+ years in software development, with 3+ years in Flutter/Dart and experience in native iOS (Swift) or Android (Kotlin)
- Proven track record as a Founding Engineer, designing and architecting large-scale Enterprise applications
- Strong system design and architectural thinking, with mastery of Dart internals and Flutter's rendering pipeline
- Hands-on experience with high-frequency real-time data handling and mobile security standards
- A verifiable portfolio of complex, production-grade applications where the candidate served as the Primary Architect or Tech Lead
