Job Summary
As a founding member of the Forward Deployed Engineer team, the full-time remote engineer will bridge cutting-edge AI technology with real-world impact by transforming complex learning and development workflows into autonomous, high-impact AI solutions.
Key responsibilities
- Define operational rituals and technical roadmaps while establishing the FDE team's processes
- Collaborate with strategic enterprise customers to identify high-impact opportunities for AI integration in learning workflows
- Design and deploy custom AI agents that seamlessly integrate with customer systems and enhance platform capabilities
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in building and maintaining production-grade full-stack software products
- Prior experience with agentic AI systems and LLM-powered applications in production environments
- Strong customer-centric focus with the ability to engage with enterprise stakeholders
- Proficiency in frontend (React, TypeScript) and backend (Next.js, TypeScript) development
- Experience with distributed systems, AWS, Kubernetes, and modern engineering tooling
