Founding Product and Platform Engineer
Job Summary
Experienced engineers will find a full-time opportunity as a Founding Product and Platform Engineer, responsible for defining architecture, developing customer-facing solutions, and creating engineering platforms in a remote environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead by Building: Act as the technical lead on key initiatives, architecting through code and setting engineering standards
- Own the Full Stack: Design and develop solutions across frontend, backend, cloud infrastructure, and deployment pipelines
- Build the Paved Road: Shape the platform to enhance engineering efficiency and safety through CI/CD, Kubernetes, and IaC
Required Qualifications
- Expert-level proficiency in React/TypeScript for frontend and experience in distributed backends using Go, Python, or TypeScript
- Architectural-level experience with major cloud platforms (GCP, AWS) and Terraform
- Strong knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, and modern CI/CD pipelines
- Proven ability to design scalable and resilient systems
- Experience collaborating with Product and Design teams to deliver user-valued solutions
