Founding Recruiter

Job Summary

To build and run the talent engine for a growing robotics company, the full-time Founding Recruiter will own end-to-end hiring processes, proactively source and close candidates, and support HR operations in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities:

• Own full-cycle recruiting for engineering and technical roles, focusing on sourcing and closing top talent
• Build and implement repeatable systems for job descriptions, outreach, and interview processes
• Manage hiring technology stack and support onboarding logistics for new hires

Required qualifications:

• 1+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, particularly in technical roles
• Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter and AI-native recruiting tools
• Experience in hiring for startups or high-growth companies
• Strong diplomacy and negotiation skills for closing candidates
• Ability to quickly learn and become a tech talent expert in the robotics domain
