Job Summary

Owning the full-cycle recruiting process, the full-time Founding Recruiter will source candidates creatively, build the hiring engine, and manage outside recruiting partners while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Own full-cycle recruiting from sourcing through close
• Source creatively using competitor mapping, referrals, and AI-powered tools
• Build and manage the hiring engine, including interview processes and candidate experience

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably in an early-stage or high-growth startup
• Experience with technical or research hiring, or a strong desire to learn
• Proven track record of high-volume GTM hiring, with healthcare or life sciences experience as a plus
• Fluency with modern recruiting and AI tools, with a focus on automating repetitive tasks
• Demonstrated ability to move quickly from outreach to signed offer while maintaining high standards
