Job Summary
To build the recruiting function for a scaling North American team, the full-time salaried Founding Recruiter will own full-cycle recruiting across various roles, from intake to onboarding, while establishing effective processes and tools in a remote environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Own full-cycle recruiting for North American roles, from hiring manager intake to signed offer
- Source and screen candidates directly, focusing initially on sales, sales engineering, and technical marketing
- Write and maintain recruiting SOPs, including intake, interview loops, and candidate communication
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, including in-house roles at a venture-backed startup
- Proven track record of hiring go-to-market roles in B2B software
- Strong direct sourcing skills with successful hires made from outbound efforts
- Hands-on experience with an ATS, preferably Ashby
- Based in the US or Canada
