FP&A Analyst
Job Summary
Supporting core FP&A activities, the full-time FP&A Analyst will manage budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver accurate financial insights in a hybrid work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Support planning and forecasting models, including long-term projections and annual budgets
- Assist in building financial models for new business initiatives and prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting
- Track departmental budget versus actual spend and conduct variance analysis and reporting
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Mathematics, Economics, or Statistics
- 1 to 3 years of experience in a financial analyst, FP&A, or related role, preferably in pharmaceutical, CPG, or health and cosmetics industries
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
- Experience with NetSuite and Oracle EPM Cloud or PBC forecasting tools preferred
