FP&A Analyst
Job Summary
As a hybrid FP&A Analyst, the candidate will support financial planning, forecasting, reporting, and business performance analysis while collaborating with various departments to enhance strategic decision-making.
Key responsibilities:
- Analyze financial data to evaluate business performance and identify trends
- Support forecasting processes and monitor actual results against budget and forecasts
- Build and enhance financial models and prepare financial reports and presentations
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Statistics, or a related field
- 1-3 years of financial analysis experience preferred; strong entry-level candidates will be considered
- Strong understanding of GAAP and Statutory Accounting Principles (STAT)
- Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills, including financial modeling
- Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis activities
