FP&A Analyst

Job Summary

Providing essential finance support, the full-time FP&A Analyst will manage budgeting, forecasting, and metrics reporting while working remotely from Mexico or South Africa.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide FP&A finance support on productivity, demand planning, and reporting metrics
• Own budgeting and forecasting processes, identifying variances and opportunities for improvement
• Create insightful presentations and collaborate on corporate projects affecting the organization

Required Qualifications

• Four or more years of experience in a financial analyst or FP&A role
• Demonstrated ownership of financial planning work, including budgets and variance analysis
• Advanced Excel modeling skills with a strong attention to detail
• Ability to communicate financial results to non-finance stakeholders and present to senior leaders
• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics, or a related field
