Job Summary
Working remotely or from headquarters, the full-time salaried FP&A Analyst will prepare and analyze financial models, manage budgets and forecasts, and deliver actionable insights to leadership while driving process improvements and ensuring financial information accuracy.
Key responsibilities
- Support the development and maintenance of company-wide financial models and annual operating budgets
- Analyze revenue, gross margins, and profitability trends, providing actionable recommendations to leadership
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives across finance and operations by streamlining reporting and planning processes
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
- 3-5 years of experience in Financial Planning & Analysis or Corporate Finance
- Strong understanding of budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including complex formulas and financial modeling techniques
- Working knowledge of US GAAP
