FP&A Business Partner Manager
Job Summary
Supporting financial business partnering and reporting activities, the full-time remote FP&A Business Partner Manager will lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis while providing actionable insights to leadership and divisional teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage budgeting and forecasting processes for US-based operations, including preparation and presentation of results
- Provide monthly management reporting and analysis, tracking key operational metrics and trends
- Develop and maintain financial models, ensuring accuracy and supporting strategic decision-making
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, business, or finance; professional qualification (CA or CPA) preferred
- Previous experience in an FP&A and Business Partner Manager role
- Strong stakeholder management skills with experience working with senior leaders
- Experience with Adaptive Insights and NetSuite systems is highly regarded
- Advanced Excel skills and strong data analysis capabilities
