FP&A Business Partner Manager
Job Summary
To support financial decision-making, the full-time FP&A Business Partner Manager will lead financial business partnering and reporting activities, develop financial models, and manage budgeting and forecasting processes, all while working remotely within the continental United States.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage budgeting and forecasting for US-based operations, including preparation and presentation of results
- Provide monthly management reporting and analysis, identifying key operational metrics
- Develop and maintain financial models to support business and strategic decision-making
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, business, or finance; professional qualification (CA or CPA) preferred
- Previous experience in an FP&A and Business Partner Manager role
- Experience with Adaptive Insights and NetSuite systems is highly regarded
- Strong stakeholder management skills with experience working with senior leaders
- Advanced Excel skills and strong data analysis capabilities
