FP&A Lead

Job Summary

As the FP&A Lead, this full-time remote position will manage gross margin analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and customer profitability, driving key financial insights to support margin and profitability goals within a high-performing finance team.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain detailed gross margin models and track unit economics to identify margin improvement opportunities
• Support annual budgeting and forecasting processes, delivering monthly management reports and variance analyses
• Develop customer- and contract-level P&Ls to analyze profitability and recommend pricing or operational adjustments

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or strategic finance
• Strong financial modeling skills and advanced proficiency in Google Sheets or Excel
• Experience with gross margin, unit economics, or customer profitability analysis
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
• Ability to communicate financial findings to executives and non-finance partners effectively
